What's this cap actually built from? The Alpha is a structured, six-panel, mid-profile cap made from 100% polyester moisture-management performance fabric - basically the opposite of a hat that makes you regret wearing it by noon. It features laser-cut perforated front, side, and back panels for serious breathability, a NuYarn® performance merino wool sweatband that handles odor and humidity like a champ, a buoyant visor board that keeps the brim feeling light, and rubberized hook-and-loop backstrap closure for a secure fit. Reflective accents are also baked in for those early-morning setups and late-night teardowns.
How can I get my logo on this cap? Two great ways to make your mark: embroidered or patch. Embroidered is the preferred (and free!) decoration method - clean, classic, and built to last on that structured front panel. Patch is the power move if your logo has bold shapes or you want a little extra dimension and texture. Either way, your brand is going to look like it belongs there.
Where exactly can I put my logo? You've got six placement options to work with: Front Center, Lower Left Front, Lower Right Front, Left Side, Right Side, and Back Center. Front Center is the undisputed hero spot - high-visibility, prime real estate for your primary logo. If you're adding a second mark (department, sponsor, or that cheeky side logo you've been dreaming about), the sides and Back Center keep things sharp without crowding the front.
What's the minimum order quantity? The minimum is 6 units per variant (that's per color). So if you want two colors in the mix, plan on at least 6 hats per color. Small enough to test the waters, big enough to outfit the whole crew.
