  • Select the Logo Placement and Decoration Type
  • We will send a virtual proof of your logo for approval within 3-5 days, prior to production time.
  • The proof includes logo size, location, decoration method and colors. You can ask for any changes needed to the logo during the proofing process
  • If you have any additional instructions regarding your logo, you can include them in the Notes section at checkout.

  • What decoration methods can I choose? This style supports embroidered, logo fusion, and patch decoration, so you can go classic stitched, full-color pop, or a badge-style look.
  • Where can my logo go? Logo placement options include Left Side Chest, Left Bicep, Right Bicep, Left Cuff, Right Cuff, Upper Back Left, and Upper Back Right.
  • Are there any brand decoration restrictions I should know about? Yes. Swannies goods may only be sold decorated, and decoration relating to golf courses, golf clubs, or golf country clubs (and their events) must be cleared by Swannies in advance. College, university, and collegiate team related decoration is also prohibited unless cleared by Swannies beforehand.
  • When can I expect to receive my order? After your order is placed, you'll get a detailed logo proof within 3-5 business days. All orders ship within 9-15 business days from logo approval. Rush services are available upon request. Contact us to discuss your in-hands date.
