The shell is an 8.1-oz, 97/3 nylon/elastane blend with a polyester stretch taffeta lining. That nylon is 35% lighter than traditional Carhartt duck canvas but somehow packs twice the abrasion resistance. Add in Rain Defender® water repellency, Wind Fighter® wind resistance, and Rugged Flex® stretch technology, and you've got a vest that moves with the wearer all day without tapping out when the weather turns.
  • How can I decorate this vest with my company logo? You've got two great options: embroidery and patch. Embroidery is the preferred method and holds up exceptionally well on the nylon/elastane shell - your logo stays crisp season after season. Patch gives you a bold, dimensional look if you want something that really pops. Either way, your brand will look sharp from the truck to the trailer.
  • Where on the vest can my logo be placed? You've got five solid placements to choose from: Left Side Chest, Small Upper Back Center, Upper Back Left, Upper Back Right, and Hemline. Quick heads-up - Carhartt already stitches their own label onto the left pocket, so if you go left chest, your logo will want to be sized and positioned to sit clearly above that label. For maximum crew visibility on a busy job site, the upper back center is a fan favorite.
